Our handmade breakfast rolls are perfect any time of day.

In the morning, people are in a hurry to get to work or school. They want something simple and ready in minutes. For those who do not want to cook, they may grab a quick bagel, thinking it is just right. WRONG!! The truth is most bagels lack vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Without fiber, the carbohydrates in a bagel digest quickly, convert to sugar, and then, very possibly, to fat. An alternative to the bagel would be THE BREAKFAST ROLL. Nutritionally speaking, our ORIGINAL BREAKFAST ROLL is HEALTHY and packed with PROTEIN. It has fewer than 240 calories, compared to 360 for a bagel of similar size.
